Hp zbook 15 G5 gets so hot especially when game is launched. I'm concerned!

Hi, 
I just bought my fairly used hp zbook laptop.

However, I'm really concerned about the way it heats up.

When this laptop is used under normal circumstances like opening of applications (Not really heavy apps) it's heat level doesn't bother me BUT when I run a game using this laptop, it gets so hot at the panel above the keyboard. It looks really hot that it concerns me. I have tried using third party temperature monitoring apps on to check the temperature, it sometimes gets close to 100 degree celcius when the game is played.

I'm afraid if the laptop will last long especially when considering how it works when the game is played.

I got a different zbook 15 g5 previously with touchscreen but when I used it to play game, same got so hot too that the touch screen started to show dark shadows from beneath the screen. I had to return it to be given another zbook 15 G5 that is non-touchscreen. It's the current one with me now and I'm already bother again if this laptop will last long too.

I used a 5th generation dell laptop before and it doesn't really give me much temperature concern when I use it. This is my first time using hp laptop and I guess the laptop body material maybe it's part of the reason it's getting so hot I really don't know. My dell was more like a plastic or rubber but I guess maybe this zbook is something like metal or aluminium... not so sure though....

I have done many things online, watched youtube videos, done all updated on the laptop but it still gets me concerned whenever the game is launched. The game is Need for speed most wanted 2012

Please if you have any advice for me concerning what to do or what to understand about this kind of laptops let me know please!  Thank you!
