Hi

This problem seemed to be related to .net framework 3.5.

We have to go to turn windows features on and off and enable .net framework 3.5.

This solved this  problem.

Incredibly annoying. Its the first error I have been getting after updating windows 11 on my laptop yesterday.

Have to close the window multiple times and then one about omen keeps coming up. Went to check for new software on windows support assistance, and that doesn't work either.

Software resetted and still have the error before even trying to do a windows update.

Nobody seems to be on top of this after you posted your message and several others are having the same issue.

This is very poor service on HP's part. I've had this laptop for 2 months and can now barely use it because of the popups. I think this will be going back to argos.
