I JUST DID A COMPLETE FACTORY RESTORE ON MY COMPUTER NOW MY HP SIMPLE PASS (NO FINGERPRINT READER) DOESN'T WANT TO REGISTER MY WEBSITE PASSWORDS, IT SAVES THEM NO PROBLEM BUT BUT WHEN I GO TO THE SIMPLE PASS VAULT IT SAYS THERE ARE NO WEBSITES REGISTERED,   PLEASE HELP.

I understand that the FingerPrint doesn't work after doing a System Recovery.

I'd like to help.

Since you just performed a System Recovery, please ensure that all the Windows updates are done.

Select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. 

Then download  the Bios from Here and also the HP Simple Pass driver from Here

No, my computer didn't come with a finger print reader.  I think the version of Simple Pass that I had was outdated and that's probably why I couldn't find it so I gave up on it. But thankyou for replying.  I will still gladly accept any other suggestions.

I did deep research on this issue and see that  this computer did not go with finger print reader.
