We had I tunes on our last laptops and no problem. We downloaded it onto here and now when we want to play songs it plays one and then stops. We run two accounts on this laptop and the same happens on both accounts. We do have Microsoft Cloud so unsure if that is interfering with play or not? Apple have looked at it twice now and have concluded it is an HP fault. Anyone experience similar problem and how do we overcome it? Thanks

iTunes is Apple software and we have no way to diagnose problems with it or fix those problems.
You will have to contact Apple support to fix this.
