I'VE TRIED TO BACKUP MY IPHONE USING ITUNES. THE RESULT, ITUNES CANNOT BACKUP MY IPHONE BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH FREE SPACE. MY COMPUTER HAS OVER 300 GIGS OF AVAILABLE SPACE. I'VE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH APPLE FOR 2 HRS. SEARCHING AND TESTING ''ITUNES''. SOMETHING IN THE COMPUTER IS BLOCKING ITUNES FROM BACKING UP MY IPHONE ON THE HP COMPUTER. I TRIED ANOTHER HP COMPUTER , THE SAME RESULT. '' I NEED TO UPDATE MY IPHONE. HOW CAN THIS ISSUE BE RESOLVED ''. I AM TIRED OF HP .COM OR THEIR COMPUTERS TRYING TO DICTATE THE USE OF THEIR SOFTWARE OR PROGRAMS OVER MY CHOICE OF SOFTWARE I USE PREFER TO USE.

Consider:
Check your Security software to see if it is blocking the application.
For example, Windows Defender might be blocking iTunes in a misguided attempt to keep you safe.
In general, HP doesn't block or care about iTunes - I've used it for years with various iPad Pro products.
That doesn't help you, of course - it is my opinion that this is not an HP conspiracy to block iTunes.
There are many articles on the 'net on the subject - search for something that seems useful to your situation.
