Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a HP Pavilion Notebook-17-g128nf  and I want to access the advanced settings in BIOS, I've tried several methods but it didn't work. I heard that for some laptops it is impossible to unlock it so I want to know if it's the case for mine or is there another method. (the reason that I want to unlock it is that I have 2GB V VRAM memory but when I play games or use a benchmark it's capped at around 500 MB so...). Thank you.
