You don't -- at least, not easily. You should not careless delete stuff just to make room.
HP does not provide individual downloads of their preloaded utilities. You would have to basically do a complete factory reset to restore it to its original condition.
Reboot the laptop, pressing the Esc key repeatedly. When the HP Startup Menu appears, choose the options to do a reset. If that works, it can take a couple of hours or more, then you will be back to initial setup.
