I am having issues with loading Word. I was just working in Word on yesterday. I can see my files

I can see my files and click on files but they will not load

Since when are you facing this issue

Have you made any changes on the unit post that this issue was raised?

• please try to run the antivirus 
• save all the data and try to uninstall Word and reinstall 

Try system restore 

I suggest you follow this document's steps to resolve this issue. (Click on the Word document to open the web page to perform recovery).
