Welcome to the HP Support community!

If you're experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues on your HP ENVY x360, here are some steps to help you resolve the problem:

  1. Check Bluetooth Status:

    • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your laptop. You can do this by going to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and ensure the toggle switch is turned on.
  2. Restart Bluetooth Services:

    • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog, then type services.msc and press Enter.
    • Find and restart the following services: Bluetooth Support Service, Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service, and Bluetooth User Support Service.
  3. Update Bluetooth Drivers:

    • Visit Device Manager by right-clicking the Start button and selecting it from the list.
    • Expand the Bluetooth section, right-click the Bluetooth adapter (e.g., Intel, Realtek), and select Update driver.
    • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
  4. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
    • Click on Additional troubleshooters, then find and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
  5. Check for Windows Updates:

    • Ensure your system is updated by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and checking for updates.
  6. Disable Power Saving for Bluetooth:

    • Go back to Device Manager, right-click on the Bluetooth adapter, and select Properties.
    • Go to the Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
  7. Reinstall Bluetooth Driver:

    • In Device Manager, right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device.
    • Restart your laptop, and Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
  8. Ensure Device Compatibility:

    • Verify that the devices you're trying to connect are within range and are compatible with your laptop's Bluetooth.
  9. Check Bluetooth Settings on Other Devices:

    • Ensure the Bluetooth on the devices you are trying to connect is also enabled and set to discoverable.
  10. Reset Network Settings:

    • As a last resort, you can reset network settings by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Scroll down and click on Network reset.

Do let us know if this helps, and feel free to reach out if you need any extra assistance.
