Product: HP Chromebook 11 G5 EE

I am trying to download proctorio for test taking at my school. It says I need the latest google chrome version and when I check my laptop it says I have the latest version. I do not know what to do as I need the proctorio test taker very soon. Is my laptop too old to get the latest version> 11 G5 ,,, I have version 99.0.4844.94
