Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am unable to finish setting up the laptop on myHP application. I keep receiving an error message -'Internal error', which is a bit annoying. At first a pop up box keeps asking me to activate my free trial of ExpressVPN. After inserting my personal email, it provides the message 'internal error'. Consequently, setup cannot be completed on myHP.

 

What is the possible cause of this error?
