Solved!

I am unable to pair my Bose Bluetooth headphones to my PC.

Notebook Energystar15-rt110dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot find my bluetooth anywhere on my computer. I tried downloading drivers, but it doesn't show up in my computer.

Hello @Spicoli

Not all models of your laptop will have Bluetooth.

Bluetooth requires hardware as well as software to run.

To determine if your model supports it, right click on the Start button and choose Device Manager.

Look for Bluetooth towards the top of the listed items.

If you don't see it, drop the arrow down for Network adapters and post what wireless adapter is listed.

OK Thanks for that list.

Unfortunately, you do not have the required Bluetooth hardware.

Your easiest alternative would be to add Bluetooth via a Bluetooth USB dongle.

They are similar looking to a USB flash drive.

If you commonly use your headphones to enjoy songs when working on the laptop or computer then you don't really need wireless headphones. If you want to use the headphones with your smart phone or tablet computer then wired headphones could be very good too. Sometimes wired headphones will certainly be a more affordable selection compared to the bluetooth headphones.
