Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

I am using HP Pavilion g6-1201tx Notebook PC with windows 8 and i am planning to upgrade it to W10. But there is no drivers availible on HP portal of W10 for my Notebook. Please suggest from whre i can get W10 drivers for my product.

Hi Amit,

There is no official support for Windows 10 on your notebook and that is why you can not find the drivers on your support page. 

What you can do is install Windows 10 and after installation let it completely update. It will find all or most of the needed drivers. You can follow this process bu going into Settings > Update & Security > click on Verify for updates

You might need to reboot a couple of times. Once updated go into device manager and see if there are any missing drivers which you can ask about here in Community or search online.
