Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 IDS Base Model

I recently purchased my laptop through the HP Store with Office 2021 preloaded, however when I received it, it had an issue with the warranty. That issue was resolved but now my laptop says that I need to enter in my product key for Office 2021, but because I bought it through HP I never received a product key for Office 2021. How Do I resolve this? And if there is an issue with my laptop in the future is there any way to have HP send me my product keys?
