I bought "HP Pavilion x360 convertible" which comes with Office Home & Student 2016 included.

I bought "HP Pavilion x360 convertible" which comes with Office Home & Student 2016 included. The laptop even has a sticker pasted on it. but when i am opening word 2016, i am getting option to activate Office 365 (and not Office 2016). There are two options:

1) Enter Product Key - it is not provided. i have cross-checked the box.

2) Sign in - when i am signing in using my outlook account using which i logged it, it says the account is not associated with this ofice product...

Please let me know how can i activate pre-included Office 2016?

• Did you purchase Microsoft office suite?

The Microsoft office which comes with the computer is a free trial product and you need to purchase the full version.
