Trying to register new laptop at https://register.hp.com/  I fill in the field for product number, select the laptop from the list, I then am taken to Product registration screen. I had SN and all the other fields with the exception of the two telephone number field which do not have a red astrick next to them as required field. Page say they are "This field is required". I tried ever combination of telephone number in the fields and it accepts nothing. There is no description for the format of the telephone fields either.

May I have the exact product number and the serial number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
