Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've been trying to download the HP Jumpstart app from the microsoft store and I just keep getting an error saying it couldn't download. If anyone knows how to fix this error and could help me please help. Thank You

JumpStart is not really an important or must-have application. You can read and see more about it here >> https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c05241398

 

You can try downloading it directly from HP if you want to:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81625.exe

With regards to the Windows Store, you may check these to troubleshoot it:

 

Go to Start , type and open Control Panel >> Region

Change your Region to United States of America (USA).

Set your language to USA English.

 

Save the changes.

 

 

You can run this Microsoft program as automatic Windows Store and Windows Modern apps troubleshooter:

>> http://aka.ms/diag_apps10

 

 

- Try WSReset tool >> here is how to do it >>  http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-store-cache

or some other steps you could try as general troubleshooting - usually helps - link above.
