Unfortunately, I deleted my HP Support Assistant software and can not download anymore. Help me.

Hi:

 

You have to use Internet Explorer to access the FTP site.  Edge no longer works.  I don't know why.

 

I recommend that you download the latest version of the HP  Support Assistant (HPSA) from the HPSA home page at the link below.   Click on the orange download button on the upper right side of the webpage.

I have another question about this software. I deleted this software by mistake. And After reset my laptop it was not preinstalled as before. How can I make it pre installed again?
