HP Laptop - 14-fq0037nr

I’ve been trying to download zoom on my new laptop for work.   But a pop up keeps coming up saying “the app isn’t a Microsoft verified app”.  Then I try to go to the app settings and change it so I can choose where to get apps but it’s not an option when I click advanced app settings!   Help

Hi:

 

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it came with W10 in S mode.

You can only install apps that can be found on the Microsoft Store.

 

If you need to install apps from other sources, you will need to switch out of S-Mode.

Once you switch out of S mode you cannot go back to Windows 10 S unless you factory reset the notebook.
