I understand you're having trouble installing HP Support Assistant on your HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 running Windows 11. Let's walk through the steps to resolve this issue.
Check System Requirements
Ensure your Windows 11 version is up to date:

Uninstall Previous Versions (if any)
If an older or corrupted version of HP Support Assistant is installed:
- Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter.
- Look for HP Support Assistant, right-click, and choose Uninstall.
- Restart your PC.
Download the Latest HP Support Assistant
- Visit the official HP Support Assistant download page:

Run HP Support Assistant Installer in Compatibility Mode (if needed)
If installation fails:
- Right-click the installer file > Properties > Compatibility tab.
- Check Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select Windows 10.
