I can't open the system security it says that it's not avaible on my computer but earlier it worked

Hello i can't open the windows system security while it worked earlier. I really don't know what to do it's just says that it's not avaible on my computer. And im just trying to access it because i can't turn off my antivirus and can't download some files that i need.
