I am trying to two finger scroll with my touch pad but it is not working. I have tried Fn+C to try to toggle it and that does not work. For now I am having to scroll with my fingers using the touch screen.

And here's what you need to do, to fix this issue:

 

1.Press Windows Key + I to open Settings then click on Devices icon.

2.From the left-hand menu click on Touchpad.

3.Now go to the “Scroll and zoon” section, make sure to checkmark “Drag two fingers to scroll“.

Under Scroll and Zoom section checkmark Drag two fingers to scroll

4.Once finished, close settings.

OR

1.Press Windows Key + R then type main.cpl and hit Enter to open Mouse Properties.

2.Switch to Touchpad tab or Device settings then click on the Settings button.

3.Under Properties window, checkmark “Two-Finger Scrolling“.

4.Click OK then click Apply followed by OK.

5.Reboot your PC to save changes.
