I am unable to sign in to HP Support Assistant on my new laptop. When I click to create an account/sign in, a white box opens either partially or fully and nothing else happens. I have tried turning off my VPN which allows the box to open fully but still nothing happens.

@sdaviesiow, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Sign-In Issues with HP Support Assistant!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are having trouble signing in to HP Support Assistant, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and strong. A weak or unstable connection can interfere with the sign-in process.

Disable VPN: You've already tried turning off your VPN, which is good. Ensure it stays off during the sign-in attempt.

Allow Pop-ups: Sometimes, browser settings can block necessary pop-ups or scripts. Check your browser settings to ensure that pop-ups are allowed.

Update HP Support Assistant: Make sure you are using the latest version of HP Support Assistant. You can download the latest version from the HP website.

Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as old data can sometimes cause issues.

Try a Different Browser: If the issue persists, try using a different browser to see if the sign-in page works there.

Check for System Updates: Make sure your laptop's operating system is up to date. Sometimes, updates can resolve compatibility issues.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
