I can't update or do anything with my AMD Raedon App. whenever I try to open that App, it shows a message of  "the version of AMD raedon software is not compatible with current graphics driver" please help we with this issue.

This happens because windows overwrite old gpu driver on new one. Below i attach the offical amd fix from AMD reddit page. Open below image to view it clearly, read it fully and follow. Install GPU driver like shown there. (I can't post that popular and guide link here because it's not allowed so I am posting image). Those two links I provided below image which are shown in the image.  Skip- chipset part.
