I do not seem to have administrator rights on my own computer. Whenever I want to use a flash drive or external hard drive, the notebook recognises it, it pops up in the explorer, but I am unable to access it. Whenever I try, an error pops up telling me, that I do not have the rights to do it. Also when I click right on the media, I can not change the sharing rights. Can someone help me?

If I click on "Sicherheit" (security), I try to change access under "advanced access", granting "everyone" reading, changing rights, it still does not work.
