Where can i  find drivers for Windows 11 version 23H2 for my laptop HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv1000!

23h2 is fairly new and possibly no specific drivers have been released by HP due to no feedback (complaints)

I am guessing you have a problem with Wi-Fi as that seems to be the most recently discussed device being asked about.  Is your Wi-Fi chip Intel, Realtek or some other chip or device?

Is the device manager reporting a problem?

Was your system working before the update to 23h2 and not afterwards?

Hi BeemerBiker,

thank you very much for the fast reply. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the Wifi because the laptop shuts down during the use. In the event display pops up a message with the ID 6008 (means that the system shuts down unexpectedly). With the version Windows 11 22H2 everything worked completely fine. Just after the installation of the version 23H2 the problems ocurred.

When we try to start the lapotp after the shut down or after a longer break the following picture is showing up:20240107_150342.jpg

That error indicates a boot problem. Since the system does seem to boot occasionally, there may be disk problems of the install failed to complete successfully.

Tap the ESC key after powering on and run at least one pass through memory and disk diagnostics.
If you do not have diagnostics get UEFI diagnostic here.
Do not attempt any repair or upgrade if disk is faulty.

If diagnostics are OK then you can revert back to 22h2

I assume you upgraded from an application and did not boot 23h2 and replace 22h2.

It would be useful to have your Product ID  including the characters after the # symbol.

All tests are successfull, no errors.

I upgraded from an application.

The ProductId is 5A5M9EA#ABD

I try to reinstall 23H2

When you run the 23h2 be sure to run "setup.exe" so you upgrade instead of replaceing.

You can do a factory restore if you want by going here and using a 32gb  flash USB
