I cannot open a new tab or any tab in Google Chrome.  The Icon is present on the bottom taskbar however, it does not respond when I click on it.  I tried shutting down my laptop, however, I cannot successfully shut down or restart my device.

I understand that issue with the computer it's restating automatically.

 

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the notebook?

 

Please share the info I can share the troubleshooting step to resolve the issue
