Hi CarolynTor
As of May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app is no longer available on the Microsoft Store. However, you can use the HP Smart app as an alternative for scanning and other functions. Here’s how you can get started with the HP Smart app:
Download and Install HP Smart:
- Visit the HP Smart app page on the Microsoft Store and download the app to your computer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
Set Up HP Smart:
- Open the HP Smart app after installation.
- Follow the prompts to add your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2775 All-in-One Printer.
- Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same network as your computer.
Scan Documents and Photos:
- Once your printer is set up, select the Scan option from the HP Smart app home screen.
- You can choose to scan from the scanner bed or the feeder (if your printer model supports it).
- Adjust the settings such as resolution, color mode, and file format as needed.
- Click the Scan button to start scanning.
- Save the scanned document or photo to your computer or share it via email or other platforms directly through the app.
I hope the above is helpful
