I deleted my webcam trying to fix the <NoCamerasAttachedIssue>. I don't know how to reinstall it.

check in Device Manager

 

if you have a "USB Boot" device instead of the camera, check the Hardware ID of this device.

 

if it's VID 0BDA PID 5852

 

you must update the firmware of the camera

Start "Device Manager"

 

you will get a windows like this:

if have USB Boot under Camera, then you have to check is Hardware ID match what I wrote.
