I can't run a game I want to play, because it says my graphics driver is outdated. When I go to
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
and try to download a driver for my computer it tells me that my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Which driver do I download? Here is my system info:

TL;DR at the bottom
Hey, I found out the problem. It was due to my resolution. I use a TV as a monitor (because I dislike the small laptop monitor), and the TV I use cuts off the edges of the screen, meaning I was unable to see things like my taskbar or the top of a window (where the minimize, maximize, and close button is). As a solution I changed the resolution from 1920x1080 to a custom, slightly smaller resolution (I think it was around 18 something by 9 something) and it was the perfect resolution to allow me to see the full screen. This was the cause of the game crashing. I changed the resolution to a built-in number (1680x1050) which isn't perfect but it allows me to start my game. Unfortunately, since it's not the perfect resolution I have 2 black bars on the left and right side of my screen and part of my taskbar and the top of a window is slightly cut off but it'll have to do.
TL;DR: I set a custom resolution for my monitor and that was causing the problem. I changed the resolution to a pre-set resolution and that fixed it.

Hi:
Looking at the report you posted, and the driver support HP has for your notebook I believe it is running W10 64 bit, not 32 bit.
System Information
------------------
Time of this report: 1/1/2020, 20:29:02
Machine name: LAPTOP-MQA1SFK4
Machine Id: {7E6BB552-ECE9-4A64-9A01-ABC07AEAB474}
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 18362) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)
Here is how you can update to the latest graphics driver version that Intel has for your notebook...
First, create a system restore point so you can go back to the current driver in case things don't work to your expectations.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027538/windows-create-a-system-restore-point
Then download and save the Intel graphics driver 64 bit ZIP file from the link below. 2nd one down on the left.
Version: 15.40.42.5063 (Latest) Date: 3/19/2019
Unzip the graphics driver file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
To unzip the file, right click on the graphics driver zip file you downloaded, and select Extract All.
Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category
Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>igdlh64 (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.
Be patient, as it can take a few minutes for the driver to completely install.
When the installation is finished, restart the PC.

Hi, thanks for the response. I tried doing the steps, and it successfully installed the driver. Unfortunately, after restarting my computer, I tried launching the game it still told me my graphics drivers are out of date.

You're very welcome.
Since you now have the latest graphics driver installed for your notebook, there isn't anything else you can do.
You will probably have to buy a newer model notebook with better graphics in order to continue playing that video game.

Thank you for helping, Paul, it means a lot. I posted this same thing as a comment to my post, but I wanted you to know since I don't think it gives you a notification when I post that.
