@akdubey2084, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check Office Was Activated with a Microsoft Account

If Office was activated earlier, it’s tied to a Microsoft account (email address).

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with any Microsoft accounts you may have used. Look for the Office subscription under “Services & Subscriptions.”

Use Microsoft Office Recovery Tool

Download the Office License Diagnostic Tool:
Download Office Licensing Diagnostic Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
