I got the blue screen issue saying Startup Repair and clicking any of the the button returns to same

Based on the image and your description, your HP Pavilion Laptop is stuck in a Startup Repair loop with error code 0xc0000001, and pressing any key just returns to the same screen. Here's how you can resolve this:

Step 1: Try Safe Mode

1. On the Startup Settings screen, press F4 or 4 to select Enable Safe Mode.
2. If it boots successfully:
   • Uninstall any recent updates or drivers.
   • Run a malware scan.
   • Use System Restore to revert to a working state.

If Safe Mode doesn’t work, move to Step 2.

Step 2: Use Recovery Media

You’ll need a USB recovery drive to repair Windows.

Option A: HP Recovery Media

• Order or create recovery media from HP:

Option B: Windows Installation Media

• Download from Microsoft:
  Create installation media for Windows - Microsoft Support

Steps:

1. Boot from the USB (press Esc or F9 during startup to select boot device).

   • System Restore
