I had to reinstall Win 11 from a USB. I think the network drive is sp156921.exe for my laptop. But, I am unable to install it from exe file. I think I need inf file to continue. What is the best way to install this network driver, so that I can continue the reinstall.

You're very welcome.
The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Mediatek MT7922 Wi-Fi adapter.
This file should work: I already checked it with 7-Zip
MediaTek Wireless LAN Driver
The driver is located in sp161835\src\Drivers\7922\mtkwl6ex.inf file.

Use another Windows PC.
Download and install the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below.
The first link is for 64 bit.
After you install 7-Zip download and save the sp156921.exe driver file.
Right click on the sp156921.exe file and select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name.
Copy the folder to your USB flash drive and browse to the location of the driver file inside the folder to install the driver.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for the help! I tried that solution but the windows installation is not able to install the driver. I have Pavillion Plus Laptop with Serial No. 8CG40615ZJ. When I extract the .exe file, I get the folder
rsrc, files .data, .rdata, .reloc, .text, [0], and certificate flies. I don't know if I need a .nif file.
Thank you for your help again.
