I have 2 hp laptops and their chargers and connected cable may have got mixed up. How can I match the 3 correct parts, viz. Laptop, adapter and power cable in the correct way. The laptops are HP Pavilion and HP ProBook 440 G5.

Hi,
The Pavilion
ADPTR 65W SMT nPFC 4.5mmCNTR EM,Chicony
part number714149-002
The Probook
ADPTR EM65WnPFC Smart3P RC 4.5mm,Chicony
part number 913623-002
You should see the part number written somewhere on the adapter. You can use each adapter with each notebook as they are basically the same.
hope it helps,
David

Great! Thanks that helps to identify the charges. What about the power cord connected with these ? Can I simply use them interchanginly or is there a specific Part / Sr. no I should be looking for each one repectively ?

They are interchangable. You can use the Power cord and can probably find new one in local computer or electronics store if necessary.
Hope it helps.
David
