I have a 14b-ca0061wm and it has been running slow. I might have used it a total of 5 hours in the past two years. It moves slow on Google and locks up every time I use Google docs. It is up-to-date and was just power washed. It still moves slows. Any ideas?

Hi@gatorsalways,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Chromebook X360 is running slow.
I have a few recommendations
- Too many open tabs can slow down the speed of your browser. Update your browser! Since Google Chrome is always updating and changing, there often will be times that Chrome OS (the operating system for Chromebooks) will need to be updated. Clean your Cache
- 1) Deactivate your offline sync.
- 2) Move locally stored files to the Cloud.
- 3) Limit Apps and Extensions.
- 4) Power wash your Chromebook..
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
