I have a HP Stream 14-ax020wm that I don’t know how to fix it?

My laptop got a virus and was wiped and I don’t know what to do to fix it or even where to start. I’m new at learning how to do stuff with them. Please help.

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer, and a 32 GB USB flash drive that will create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
