Hi I have a hp pavilion dv2132ea I had windows 10 and i needed a bios update and I tried to install windows Vista straight from a USB drive and it got stuck at please wait I installed windows XP and updated to windows Vista now I have Windows Vista on my PC used the sp41959.exe and it didn't work now I'm on windows Vista trying to find a bios update please help me and thanks for reading

The info I found on that BIOS update indicated it was good for the dv2100 notebooks with Intel processors, but looking at the screen where you ran the file, it indicates it is for the dv2100's with AMD processors which is why it won't update the BIOS.
Here is the correct Intel BIOS file link for your notebook (F.39):
