I have a number of items of software that are being blocked by a firewall,

HP Recommended
Probook 430
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi , I've just received a new Probook and been installing some software.  some of which are being blocked by a firewall. I have deactivated Defender and tried again and still the same.  I have then gone in to gpedit.msc and disabled Defender and then ran a number of firewall tests and rebooted a number of times..


the firewall tests keep saying the FW is in place.  do HP install 3rd party security that is blocking certain ports ?
