I'm sorry, but I have no idea what is going on. None of what I see on the screen makes any sense to me. The printer is an HP 3830, serial number [Personal Information Removed]. What do I do now? I don't see where to click on something. I don't understand any of what I see. Isn't there some way that you can help me? Do you at least have a way to tell me something? You are not responding to me at all. Why?

I have absolutely no idea of what is going on. Is someone actually reading what I am typing? I haven't seen anything that says I am being read.

I keep clicking on a place that says "reply" But nothing seems to be happening. I am at my wits end.
