I have a split screen top and bottom, how do I get rid of it?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Navigate to Start
  • Settings
  • System In the left navigation pane, click on Multitasking.
  • In the right pane, under Snap, change the value to Off.
