I have an Elitebook 840 and cannot seem to take a screesnhot (I have tried the fn/prt sc buttons). Has a solution been found?

I have watched a ton of videos to figure out a solution all to no avail. It is rather frustrating.

Would appreciate assistance!

Strange. You have to paste the content to other application (such as Paint) to get the result.  You can always use Snipping Tools
