Product: HP 15s-eq1000 Laptop PC (1L0Z7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In this last week I began to notice that the laptop was very slow when trying to enter any game to the point that it was unplayable, when reviewing the characteristics I noticed that 4GB of ram was installed, but before it had 12GB of ram and even if If you search for the same model on the internet it should have 12 GB of ram, he tried to find a solution but I couldn't. Could anyone who knows help me?
