I have tried to connect 2 pairs of airpods to my HP Envy 360 and none stay connected

The airpods pair but never connect long enough to play audio. As soon as I get them connected they disconnect

Let me check your current system configuration

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

(2) Start Windows <device manager>

- Expand <Bluetooth USB>

- Expand <Mice and other pointing devices>

- Expand <Human Interface Devices>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

(3) Please report your results

It worked! The real test is if it still works tomorrow because i have tried many things and they have all only worked temporarily. Thank you so much for your help! I will come back to this chat to tell you if it still works tomorrow/tonight 🙂
