HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-d3000 (2P5F3AV)

I had HP warranty and realized my laptop was not functioning properly. I spoke to HP support and we ran some test and the problem was still there. They then shipped out a box that I could send my laptop in and I have not received anything about it since. 

 

I have no way of finding out when I can get my laptop back but I am in dire need of it back.

I understand you are facing a shipment issue with your HP 14 Inch Laptop PC 14-D3000. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

You have an option to track your order

  • Visit  www.hp.com/go/csostatus 
  • Enter your number which the support agent provided or check your email you would have received an email
  • Once you enter your order number and email - you will get the tracking information displayed on your screen.
