Product: No Name
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Ac Power light was white, Now, when I plug in, its a solid red. The outlet is grounded and surge protected. Also, the powercord adapter is warm to touch. Im sure this is not right. Please anyone, I have two days to return  ( thats right, brand new).

If it was mine, rather than mess around with a possible serious power issue, I would simply return it.

 

There is nothing we could do from this end to repair or diagnose a power adapter issue, anyway.
