I search the group and followed suggestions but it still didn't work.

My guess is that you're just double-clicking the jpg files and they are not opening, right?

Then right-click on a file, select Open with .... and you'll get a list of apps you can use.  Try each one in turn until one of them works.

When I right click on the pic, Open does not give me options to open the pic with. Idk what's going on.
