I'm having a couple issues here.
The first one is that I had the Bang and Olufsen audio control app, but it stopped opening. I kept getting an error that said ""This app can't open. Check the windows store" So I repaired it and tried some other tips I saw online but it never fixed it so I uninstalled it not realizing it was bundled with the audio driver.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to update the audio driver. I can't find my laptop on the list of drivers. I search by the serial and it comes up but takes me to a page saying that the page i'm looking for can't be found.
Where can i find the drivers, and if updating them doesn't fix the Bang and Oufsen issue, how can I

Below is the link to the driver page for your notebook:

I have a different model HP Envy -- an x360 15-ee0047nr with the B & O audio enhancement and I installed the Realtek audio driver, and the B & O software was automatically downloaded and installed from the Microsoft Store.
I never had a problem with it even when clean installing W10/W11, so I wouldn't be able to help you with getting the B & O software to work if installing the Realtek audio driver doesn't work.
I also used the W10 Realtek audio driver on W11 and it worked fine.
