I keep getting op ups in the lower right corner of my brand new HP laptop. How can I delete these?

I keep getting op ups in the lower right corner of my brand new HP laptop. How can I delete these? Most of them are from some engine company, but the one today was from McAfee

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue: 

• Click inside the search box and type notifications.
• Click Notifications & actions settings.
• Scroll down a bit to the Notifications section, then disable (i.e., toggle off) the setting for getting tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows.

I was able to make that change and over the next few days we will see if I see anymore of these pop-ups. I hope I don’t
