Recently my notebook stopped botting and I discovered that I lost the warranty card. I have HP Envy 6-1154er, Warranty: 1y1y0y; Serial: [edited Serial Number by Moderator]; Product: C6F57EA#ACB.
Could you help me? I'm from Russia, Saint-Petersburg.
Thanx.

The results look like little bit confusing for me. Because I bought the device on june 2013. Why the garantee started on oct 2012?
Look at this please:

Hi 4xysmile,
If you purchased your notebook in June 2013 the warranty will be 1 year from your date of purchase normally. The notebook is put on the shelf for resale with 13 mos. from date of manufacture, allowing for 1 month of shelf life. If you purchase the product after that 1 month, you will need to register your notebook from your date of purchase, to have the warranty updated from your date of purchase . HP does not know your exact date of purchase, until you have registered your product. If you do not register it, HP can not update it, and the standard warranty will show.
HP registration. The service is temporarily unavailable this morning, but should be back up later.
You can also contact HP support and ask them to assist you with getting the warranty updated from your date of purchase.
