Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason, the Intel Smart Sound microphone picks up only the voice (it happens that you need to record music or sounds on the microphone), and for some reason they are not audible, or rather audible, but after half a second silence breaks off. I was looking for a solution on the sites, I need drivers for the campaign, but I would like to ask a question right here. And unfortunately there are no other microphones.
